For this particular song there is not much of a story to tell. In fact I dont really regard it as a song at all. The piece consists of 4 different pieces which have been strung together over a long period of years. This is certainly not a method I would advocate to singer songwriters to write songs, however I did it for this one. There are in fact even more parts which have been put in and thrown out over the years. The rough recording you can hear on this site is the arrangement anno 2011. To play the song on guitar it is advisable to detune the lower E string down to D. I also use a capo on fret 1.
